TaecYeon and YoonA speak up about scandal, YoonA chooses Lee Seung Gi over TaecYeon

2PM TaecYeon and So Nyeo Shi Dae Yoona talk about their scandal.

The both of them were on SBS Strong Heart aired on 9th February. Kang Ho Dong then asked TaecYeon, “Have you heard about the talk of the town?” and TaecYeon answered “No. I don’t know about it.”

MC Kang then asked, “There are rumours that you and YoonA are a thing.” TaecYeon seemed a little flustered then continued, “Yes, I heard about that. That I am close with YoonA.”

Kang Ho Dong joked, “But do use take note of how you put your words across on broadcast even though there are saying that the 2 of you are close.” He was playing on the fact that TaecYeon addressed with ‘YoonA’ instead of ‘YoonA ssi’.

The 2 were then asked, “Have you heard about rumours of you 2 as a thing?”, TaecYeon replied “Yes” and Yoon replied, “Yes, I know about that.”


Lee SeungGi who normally had proclaimed YoonA as his ideal type said, “Tiffany is close to our YoonA ssi” which was caught by Kim YeongChul who said, “Did you say ‘our YoonA’?” which had everyone breaking in laughter.

Tiffany then clarifies the TaecYeon-YoonA scandal, “Isn’t this because of me?” Tiffany had previously revealed on Strong Heart on an incident when TaecYeon, YoonA and herself were having a meal together. Tiffany added, “Honestly I didnt’ know that it would be misinterpreted.”

2PM JunHo who was also present said, “TaecYeon heard all these rumours and felt unfair about it, saying “It is really not like that”. But I don’t know about it.”

After that, Kang Ho Dong asked YoonA to “Choose between Lee SeungGi and Ok TaecYeon in terms of looks, and not on popularity.”

YoonA replied, “The other members can also get this right. In terms of looks, it has be to Lee Seung Gi.” Lee SeungGi then let out a very happy expression and smile.

FO2 praises idol trio: Yoona, Taecyeon, Jokwon

Kwak SY PD of "Family Outing season 2" (FO2) spoke highly of idol triple SNSD's Yoona, Taecyeon of 2PM and Jokwon of 2AM.

SBS's Lovely Sunday Family Outing 2, which will air on Feb 21st, has been receiving media attention since the beginning of casting stage.

On this episode, Jo Kwon spoke up about rumors that have been circulating regarding his close friendship with U-Kiss member Sooyun. “There are many misunderstandings that have come up regarding my close friendship with Soohyun,” Jo Kwon expressed, “it’s ridiculous.”

However, U-Kiss member Dongho, who was also part of the broadcast, responded, “A misunderstanding is a misunderstanding. However, something must have happened [that we don't know about] that led to this event growing into such a big deal.”

Meanwhile, other artists that appeared on this episode discussed the burdens they had due to embarrassing, selective and alarming articles that the press has written about them in the past, expressing uneasiness about reporters that “expose” false facts about them.

With So Nyeo Shi Dae starting off the girlgroup fever with new song ‘Oh!’, girlgroup 2NE1 is the next to reveal a new song.

2NE1 revealed their new song ‘날 따라 해봐요 (Try To Me Like Me)’ on various music sites on 9th February. ‘Follow Me’ is, like most of 2NE1’s hit songs, produced by Teddy and is a hip hop song sampling on song ‘나처럼 해봐요(Do It Like Me)’.

The lyrics to the song brings the message to females to be confident and dignified, like 2NE1’s previous hit songs.

Singer Jang WooHyuk signs with Chinese entertainment company and starts his comeback actvities.
Jang WooHyuk flew to China to attend the ‘Beijing Popular Music Awards’ on 4th February, and also held a press conference for his comeback and contracting with an entertainment company.
